定置式ジブクレーンは、従来山間部での鉄塔工事等で主に使われてきました。
ヘリでも運搬できるよう部材の最大重量が少なく、かつ軽量化を意図して作られているのが特徴で運搬・組立・解体が容易です。
今回北海道で初めて中塚建設㈱で㈱美貴本の”スーパークレーンCSH36″を導入し、橋梁工事の現場に設置しました。
定置式である分移動式クレーンに比べ排出するCO2が少なく済むこと
免許ではなく特別教育受講で操作できること
リモコン操作のため一人で玉掛とクレーン操作ができること
定置するため工程の管理がしやすいこと
これらのメリットがあり、これからの活躍が期待されます！

Stationary jib cranes have conventionally been used mainly for transmission tower construction in mountainous areas.
The maximum weight of the components is small enough to be transported by helicopter, and the crane is designed to be lightweight, making it easy to transport, assemble, and disassemble.
Nakatsuka Construction Co., Ltd. is the first company in Hokkaido to introduce Mikimoto’s “Super Crane CSH36” and install it at a bridge construction site.
The stationary type crane emits less CO2 than mobile cranes.
The crane can be operated not with a license but with special training.
The crane can be operated by one person for both slinging and crane operation by remote control.
The crane is stationary, making it easy to control the process.
With these advantages, the crane is expected to play an active role in the future!
