千軒そば畑にて、第22回千軒そばの花鑑賞会が開催されました。
台風及び低気圧の影響が心配される中でしたが、朝から快晴で9月とは思えぬほど暑い日になりました。
The 22nd Senken Buckwheat Flower Viewing Party was held at the Senken Buckwheat Field on Sunday, September 1st, 2024.
Although there were concerns about the impact of the typhoon and low pressure system, the morning was sunny and it was so hot that it was hard to believe that it was September.
私たちも会場設営などお手伝いしました。
We also helped set up the venue.
当日は福島町でとれたかぼちゃやとうきび、福島町の名産イカの塩辛と一緒に食べるじゃがいも、千軒そばが振る舞われました。
On the day, pumpkins and sugarcane from Fukushima Town, potatoes served with Fukushima Town’s famous salted squid, and Sengen soba noodles were served.
塩辛とじゃがいも、好評でした。
また、野菜の直売会もあったのですがすぐに売り切れた模様です。
The salted fish and potatoes were well received.
There was also a direct sale of vegetables, which seemed to sell out quickly.
じゃがいも掘り体験も盛況でした！
The potato digging experience was also very successful!
松前神楽保存会の皆さんの舞もたいへん美しく、素晴らしかったです。
そば畑に舞い、豊作を祈願する。後世に残したい無形文化遺産ですね。
国の重要無形民俗文化財に指定されているこの松前神楽を次の世代へつないでいくために、中塚建設はこれからも協力させていただきます。
そば畑で収穫されるそばは、国道228号沿いのそば店「千軒そば」（千軒283）で提供される予定です。
福島町へお越しの際は是非ご賞味ください。
The dances of the members of the Matsumae Kagura Preservation Society were also very beautiful and wonderful.
They dance in the buckwheat fields and pray for a good harvest. It is an intangible cultural heritage that we want to preserve for future generations.
Nakatsuka Construction will continue to cooperate with the Matsumae Kagura, which is designated as an important intangible folk cultural asset of Japan, in order to pass it on to the next generation.
The soba harvested in the soba fields will be served at the soba restaurant “Sengen Soba” (Sengen 283) along Route 228.
